Her skin had always been naturally radiant and healthy, rarely showing any signs of trouble. She never relied on elaborate routines or harsh chemicals — instead, she embraced the power of simple, natural ingredients found right in her kitchen. Rooted in Ayurvedic traditions passed down through generations, she turned to remedies like turmeric, celebrated for its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties.
Watching her apply turmeric to her face daily, I came to realize that the answer had been in front of me all along. However, while her methods worked beautifully within her home-based lifestyle, they weren’t always practical for mine. Turmeric, for example, often left a yellow tint on the skin — not ideal for someone constantly on the go.
I needed a solution that honored her holistic approach while fitting into a more active, modern routine. That’s where concentrated extracts came in — delivering the same benefits of these time-tested ingredients, but in a more stable, convenient form, and without the lingering color or mess.
That’s how PIYA was born.
